RICHARD E. "DICK" McGEE Sr.
Dick McGee practices law in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. He has served in the Brooksville-Hernando County area since his admission to the Florida Bar in 1954, making his practice the second oldest in Hernando County.

Highlights of his career include serving as the Hernando County Attorney/Prosecutor; past president and past secretary of the Brooksville Bar Association; and chairman of of the original Hernando County Charter Government Study Commission. He has served his community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hernando Association of Retarded Citizens, Inc. and Pasco-Hernando Community College Foundation.

Additionally, he has been a member of numerous organizations, including the Brooksville Kiwanis Club, past president of the Hernando County AERO Club, past Commander and 50 year member of the American Legion Post #99, and past president of the Brooksville-Hernando County Shrine Club.

Dick served his country as a pilot during WWII and again in Korea. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hernando County Bar Association.
